ADITUS expands international footprint with acquisition of Info Salons Middle East
ADITUS has acquired Info Salons Middle East, an event technology provider based in Dubai, with the transaction effective July 1, 2025. The German company purchased 100% of Info Salons shares after nearly two years of collaboration between the firms.
Both companies specialize in visitor registration and admission control systems. The acquisition expands ADITUS's presence in the EMEA region and provides access to Middle Eastern markets including Saudi Arabia.
Enrico Gallorini transferred ownership of Info Salons to ADITUS. Chris Lloyd will manage Dubai operations alongside ADITUS executives Marc Luzoff, Sebastian Grein and Wilbert Heijmans.
"With Info Salons on board, we are strengthening our position in EMEA," said Marc Luzoff, ADITUS CEO. "Our goal is clear: we aim to become the international benchmark for ticketing and registration services."
The acquisition includes Info Salons' subsidiary in Saudi Arabia, providing ADITUS access to what the company describes as one of the fastest-growing exhibition markets globally.
ADITUS plans to harmonize standards and processes over the next 12 months while maintaining existing customer relationships and service levels. The company said it will handle country-specific regulatory requirements including e-invoicing and government ticketing systems.
"We are combining the strengths of two markets that have a great deal to learn from one another," said Lloyd. "With our presence in Saudi Arabia, we are opening the door for international organizers to one of the most dynamic exhibition markets worldwide."
The combined entity will offer event organizers standardized technology platforms across multiple locations while allowing customization through open application programming interfaces.
